The New Leadership Imperative Embracing Digital Transformation strategies for Women In conversations with the author, the author on May 3, 2014 highlighted the following: 2.1 Introduction The Women’s Inclusive Project is a 360-degree multi-technique implementation science project. More specifically, the Innovation and Leadership Imperative is one facet of extending the Institute of Virtual and Open Code (IVOC), an IP-enabled technology foundation to create the Center for Innovation, Development, and Research (CIDER) for women, all of whom have the skills, knowledge, attitudes, ideas, and values required to improve the lives,s and communities of women in a digitally-enabled society.
