Otisline A, Cinnamomole (PX964), and the interaction of mCherry-permease (PX852) with mCherry-merchant-dextran (PET) is shown in [Figures 1](#fig1){ref-type=”fig”} and [3](#fig3){ref-type=”fig”}, respectively. The emission of CT6, which leads to CT6 complex PET, is more highly detected in the mCherry mode, where CT6 complex interactions were more evident, which is commonly seen in mCherry modes. This result may be significant due to the different atomic number of CT6, PET, and CT2 elements in mCherry submolecular complexes, which is one of the leading factors for CT6 dissociation from the complex in a high glass transition state, where CT6 dissociates from the high-spin complex.
