When you read into it that Moscow is beginning to take some of the revenge that first has come to pass on Vladimir Putin, suddenly you are accustomed to thinking that war was inevitable, that before all the terrible failures which have brought about the kind of economic and military mess that is Putin’s Russia, he was nothing other than a puppet of the Soviet system, a rogue, and therefore a puppet of the ’kings”.
