In this project, we will use the techniques of a modified morphologic architecture to analyze the effects of para-aminoadenosine exposure on locomotor activity, locomotor slowing, and other endocrine regulation in rats. Our goal is to characterize the effects of chronic exposure of dopamine metabolites resulting in locomotor impairment in rats by exogenous 5’CAM. Experiments will include: 1) determination of locomotor function in adult rats exposed to low doses of serotonin.
