When somebody will need to organize to a certain extent and not every time they commit to something, are there any chances of getting in charge at the right times? I understand it is a case of being in charge for a long time and it affects all leaders. I suspect that time allocated to an appropriate organizing strategy over coming years will be a somewhat more visible thing for most of the members. This is also where your question occurs.
