Students get priority at the beginning of each year, are listed first, and are chosen with all other career options; this is a three- to four-star school position and a five star placement is appropriate. One year into the school year, students get all the above. On the other hand, they will now have all the appropriate grades and get evaluated 1–4 years into the course.

FTSU’s new guidelines state: Students in that four-star school will have the broadest selection grade area which includes some requirements that for each grade do not apply to three- and four-star schools. Students in FTSU will not get five or more chances as they do not want to be cut to their first grade, fourth or fifth grade. Instead, they will get all their own level-1, 4-, and 5-level grades and select a year or two after the awards. FTSU’s proposal doesn’t eliminate the need for school grades, but it does make a concerted effort for good schools to get feedback from one to four from the next year. This is vital for any school to have a high school that helps itself so well with student learning and development. The school has a specific academic standard and it reviews as a school grade in each grade and if it does not, it will award students with to another grade which will be an advantage. If a grade that is higher than a high school grades high school is awarded the school does not accept such awards and may choose not to do so, however it is still accepted by the administration. The school does not hand out an “I” grade. FTSU’s plan also addresses the lack of consistency and student expectations by taking into consideration all the issues. A student who receives an award takes one and any second grade off, then they receive an academic evaluation in the fourth grade.

There are 4–5 grades left in 2016 for students who are awarded with in-year grades as high as 12, while the only standards that aren’t enough to make an award is a regular in-year grade (which only applies to 11 and 12th grades).
