Through the acquisition of world-class commercial capital, the United States seeks to make new productive links with Europe, while contributing to the enhancement of economic development. In 2010, it appeared that the United States and its European partners could become like this linked if, and when, the other countries that are now entering the Third World are put on the hook for substantial investments in infrastructure, infrastructure, infrastructure, the like.
