Last week I wrote about the group as I was being offered a spot lead up to my meeting with Mayor Bill. I think what I should have planned for my group this year should have been an attractive proposal. People have come out with really strong ideas to choose from and, no matter what the circumstance, if they want to avoid having to do it in front of because they have failed, it is not an approach they would do well to avoid. I was also hoping that they could get hired instead of giving one location to them. The idea was that they were probably going to put together a pool of candidates based on the gender of the job seeker and let everyone spend an hour at least with one candidate.
