The Consolidation Of The Health Departments In Summit County Ohio has a number of issues: To reach or continue to reach a more equitable rate or to fulfill its purposes; to reduce or eliminate those which are out of reach; to have to meet or achieve health care costs without interruption; to have the county’s insurance industry cover more than 65 percent of its shares; to implement the OHIP system; and to maintain, fund and operate the county.
