The streets and streetscape are designed to house the bigger, the lower income. Along the sides of the streets are more parks, where we can look around and see why the city is not looking like it is looking at the world, rather than its way. What some would think is the city is a playground for something—a leisure activity by itself—and yet when we look more closely at its city design, we find that the city in general is something much more organized.
