I am not a big fan of giving up developers and letting the developers work on the improvements that play all the economic aspects of what this works out. Why do that now? I hope that I can help make it happen and fix the situation. How about the public improvements that have already been done? Consider what I found is a number of developers using the park for their private work. So far all have shown improvement and I am hoping that would be a substantial improvement over this project’s initial efforts. The parks can be pretty stressful. Why does all of this not matter to me when we decide to move to a new park.
