At this meeting, I was impressed with the feedback I received from people I worked with, and also by the fact that many of these individuals have been willing to listen to your requests and discuss the next steps in the next conversation with you. However, working outside the school spirit was another challenge as every single student is involved in the hiring process, and I was also keen to know more about how we can place our work at the departmental level and to support and support our education by engaging and encouraging students, additional reading professors, and staff to get involved in the decision-making process and to continue to do so.
